DOT Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) Training

This course certifies you to perform DOT-compliant breath alcohol testing using evidential breath testing (EBT) devices, following all procedures outlined in 49 CFR Part 40. You’ll receive comprehensive instruction on alcohol testing protocols, documentation, and chain of custody — plus hands-on mock tests to meet DOT qualification standards.

Device Training & Certification Included:

• Intoximeters Alco-Sensor IV (ASIV)

• Intoximeters RBT VXL

• Lifeloc EV30

Note: Certification is only provided for the devices listed above. We do not offer certification for any other breath alcohol testing instruments at this time

Course Includes:

• Overview of DOT alcohol testing rules and regulations

• Detailed training on test administration and documentation
